The aims of this research are: to determine the effect ujrah and pawn gold customer service simultaneously on satisfaction at Bank Syariah Mandiri, Palopo City; type in is quantitative. Then population 1949 customers who have pawned their Mandiri Palopo. Sampling In study, Simple Random will be used (a simple random technique), namely a sampling technique that provides equal opportunity sampled. sample using slovin formula so 95 use products. instrument questionnaire (questionnaire). data analysis multiple regression. results obtained 1) partially/t test, it known variable (X1) has calculated t value (4.165) (X2) tcount (5.848), while table (1.986), can concluded positive Y (customer satisfaction) positive, (Y) value. 2) Simultaneously (test f) f count 37.239 3.09 (see f), because > (37.239 3.09) or significance 0.000 <0.05 then H0 rejected H1 accepted. So variables influence City.
